General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Produits et services

- The items available for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy (photos, descriptions, technical characteristics).
- Products are available while stocks last. In the event of a shortage, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to choose between a refund or an exchange.

2. Price

- All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately.
- The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the rates applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.

3. Delivery

Shipping costs :
- Shipping costs are charged according to our shipping price list provided by the company Boxtal.

- Orders are shipped within 2 business days for in-stock products. Delivery varies between 5 and 7 business days for mainland France and neighboring countries. For international orders, delivery can take up to 2 weeks (the total time depends on the selected carrier).
- The company declines all responsibility in the event of delays due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances (e.g. strikes, bad weather).

4. Payment

The accepted payment methods are :
- Bank card (via a secure platform)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
The order will be validated once full payment has been received.

5. Right of withdrawal / parcel returns

- In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of the order.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (non-compliant or defective product).

Return Process :
- Before returning your package, please contact us by email at contact@panshkite.fr or via our contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Refund :
- To be refunded, items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with packaging intact) to the address provided by customer service.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned package, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the returned items, excluding initial delivery costs, within 14 days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Warranty and after-sales service

- All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
